Full support & advice on planning your event, getting sponsors & maximising your fundraising is always free.
BOOKINGS
We prefer you to book your event date as early as possible. When you are ready with a firm date and venue, we will issue our booking form for you to sign and return, securing our services for that day. If the event cannot go ahead for any reason, we will NOT charge a cancellation fee so long as you let us know at least 21 days prior to the event date. Also, if you book a basic package, subject to availability, you can upgrade to an extended package at any time prior to the event date if your ticket sales make it viable for you to do so.
